On March 24, 2008, the much awaited ceremony for lighting the torch will be done in Olympia. Domestic route for this ceremony will begin from the resort city, Sanya positioned in China’s Hainan Province. In order to start the 29th Olympiad, torch will arrive to National Stadium as per schedule on August 8. On a more positive note, Beijing Olympics 2008 Torch Relay needs to follow the principles of cleanliness and frugality. |
