Construction of Wukesong Indoor Stadium was started on March 29, 2005 for the Beijing Olympics 2008. Construction of this indoor arena was finished by the end of 2007. With the occupancy of 18, 000 and spread over 63, 000 square meters, Wukesong Indoor Stadium will host the thrilling actions of all the basketball events.

The Wukesong Culture and Sports Center is positioned at the Wukesong Culture and Sports Center. Check out your favorite athletes, such as Yao Ming and Yi Lianjian in action. The Beijing Wukesong Cultural & Sports Co. Ltd have built this stadium. Its five share holders are Zhongguancun CENCONS Group, Haidian State-owned Assets Investment Co. Ltd, Beijing Urban Construction Group Co. Ltd and the Tianhong Group.
